Sephora's social media reach is more that 40 million followers across platforms, so there are boundless opportunities to engage with clients. Tapping into human truths is a sure way to get their attention, as is creating content with a hook you can't turn away from. It's both one of the most challenging and exciting areas of my creative marketing work.
